Return and Shipping Policy

  2. All Sales are Final: At Day One Armour, all purchases of firearm accessories and ammunition are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
  3. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within [X days] of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.

  5. Shipping Carrier: Day One Armour utilizes UPS (United Parcel Service) as our primary shipping carrier for domestic and international orders.
  6. Shipping Times: Shipping times may vary based on your location and product availability. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.
  7. Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
  8. 30 days to pick up product or item is forfeited without return of monies paid.

  9. ID Verification: For all orders, we require strict age verification to comply with legal requirements. You must provide a valid government-issued ID as part of the purchase process. Orders will not be completed without successful verification.
  10. Restricted Locations: Please be aware that there may be restrictions on shipping certain products to certain locations based on local, state, or federal regulations. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
  11. Any firearm or silencer transfers from our FFL to another FFL or vice versa requires an ATF Form 3. All transfers received to DAY ONE ARMOUR are subject to a $50.00 transfer fee. All transfers sent to another FFL on your behalf are subject to you paying the shipping fees associated with your item purchased.
